GEORGIA CIVIL MEDIATION

Joanna Bolton is a Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR) Registered Neutral providing mediation services for general civil disputes, including commercial, business, contract, employment, consumer, and other civil matters.

 With more than 20 years of experience as both outside litigation counsel and senior in-house counsel, Joanna understands the legal and business considerations that inform settlement decisions. She brings a practical, thoughtful approach to mediation focused on helping parties identify pragmatic solutions, resolve disputes efficiently, and reach solutions that allow them to move forward.

• $300 per hour for both virtual and in-person mediation
• Two-hour minimum fee per mediation
• Fees are typically shared equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed
• Time is billed from the scheduled start of mediation through the conclusion of the mediation session

Mediations canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a $600 cancellation fee, absent extraordinary circumstances.
